Mediation

Mediation is a time efficient and cost effective method of resolving workplace disputes in-house.  

KLC are accredited workplace mediators.  With the Government’s pursuance of early settlement of disputes by mediation, this service is key in helping our clients demonstrate reasonableness and fair process.

It is particularly useful in cases of alleged harassment by one employee against another and has the added benefit of keeping matters totally confidential between the concerned parties.
