Piers Chadwick is an employment law expert and a highly experienced employment tribunal advocate. His background is in industrial and employee relations in the financial sector. He is also a key member of the employment law advisory team, guiding clients through complex situations and providing clear pragmatic solutions.
He has represented clients in employment tribunals throughout England, Wales and Scotland for over 30 years.
Piers deals with the full range of cases ranging from single day unfair dismissal claims through to extremely complex multi-day and multi respondent discrimination claims.
Piers successfully represented Reuters UK Ltd at the employment tribunal in the landmark 'agency workers' case of Franks v Reuters, and has acted for many blue chip clients. He also successfully represented Morrison Facilities Services Limited at the employment tribunal in the important TUPE case of Allen & ors v Morrison Facilities Services Ltd and the judgement has been approved by the EAT.
Piers' success at employment tribunals lies in his 'hands on' preparation of cases, from the completion of the ET3, taking of witness statements, right through to the advocacy at the hearing, retaining full continuity throughout.
Piers, aslo undertakes complex and sensitive workplace grievance and disciplinary investigations and is an accredited workplace mediator.
