Services
We offer the supply of employment law advisory services on the basis of annual fee.
The fee will be calculated dependent upon the number of authorised contacts and the services required. The fee will include:
- Unlimited priority access to the telephone/email advisory service.
- Preparation and advice and negotiation of settlement agreements.
- A health check and review of HR policies and procedures for legal compliance and best practice
- Comment and review of written material such as letters, contracts, etc.
- Receipt of ‘Hot News’ emails providing up to the minute employment law news
- Receipt of an email monthly employment law update
- Preferential rates for employment tribunal representation and advocacy, employment law training, workplace mediation, investigations and special consultancy assignments.
