John Fenton - Senior Associate

John Fenton’s background is at senior level in the food production, FMCG and NGO sectors where he was responsible for comprehensive change management programmes including heading up collective consultation exercises and introducing new policies and practices in response to employment law developments and strategic organisational needs.

He is a very experienced law consultant who has in-depth understanding of all employee relations issues, across all sectors. He also has vast experience in preparing for and appearing at employment tribunal.

John is also an employment law tutor and has been a tutor on the 'Law on Tour' Workshops for over 20 years.
