Cathy graduated from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in 2024.
Cathy has gained extensive experience working with employers on day-to-day employment issues and assisting with contentious and non-contentious matters such as unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal, whistleblowing, redundancy, discrimination, among other claims.
Cathy has also assisted with advising employers on a wide range of internal processes, including employee dismissals, grievances and disciplinary procedures.
