Covid-19 vaccination as a requirement for care staff to be revoked

Following publication of their response to the consultation, the Government has announced that regulations will be made and come into force on 15 March 2022 revoking the requirement to be vaccinated against covid-19 as a condition of deployment for health and social care staff.  This includes removing the requirement for care home workers to be vaccinated which has been in force since 11 November 2021.
