Holiday Pay Claims

The Presidents of the employment tribunals in England and Wales, and Scotland have issued practice directions that allow claimants who have already presented claims for alleged failure to pay holiday pay to make an application to amend their claim by adding further complaints rather than having to present a new claim.  This amendment will be valid where it relates to non-payment after the submission of the claim and it could not have been included in the original claim.
