Consultation on tax and NI termination payments

The Government has published a consultation, Simplification of the tax and National Insurance treatment of termination payments. The consultation seeks views on how the taxation and national insurance contributions treatment of termination payments can be fairer and simpler.  To read the consultation document click here.
