COVID-19 guidance for employers in England

With COVID-19 rules and restrictions now lifted in England, Scotland and Wales, the UK Health Security Agency has published new guidance for employers, to replace the previous ‘Working safely’ guidance.  The guidance Reducing the spread of respiratory infections, including COVID-19, in the workplace sets out that employers no longer need to specifically consider COVID-19 as part of their risk assessment but that they should consider generally how to reduce the spread of respiratory infections.
