Disability discrimination in the workplace

Acas have released guidance on disability discrimination in the workplace.  The guide, entitled 'Key points for the workplace' runs to 46 pages, is aimed at employers, managers, HR, employee and union representatives as well as job applicants and sets out to give a grounding in how disability discrimination can occur at work, how it can be dealt with and how the chance of future discrimination occurring can be reduced.
