Employment Law Update

We've now only got a few places left on our employment law update that will take place on 17 March 2015 at etc.venues Victoria, London.  This is the perfect opportunity to bring yourself bang up to date with employment law issues as well as networking with other HR professionals and business leaders.  The day will be led by one of the KLC Employment Law tutors, all of whom are described by the CIPD as "some of the UK's leading employment law experts".

The programme will include:

  • all new and imminent legislation, including shared parental leave and pay, The Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Bill 2014, illegal workers, employment tribunal fees, and equal pay audits
  • a review of all important case law
  • what the law requires for a fair dismissal
  • settlement agreements, including S111A agreements, how to assess the value of a potential claim and how to negotiate a settlement agreement
  • short case studies to illustrate important issues.

The venue has fantastic facilities with purpose built training rooms all with natural light and everything you'd expect from a first class professional training environment.

The delegate fee will be £290, plus VAT which will include, continental breakfast, mid-morning and afternoon refreshments, a restaurant lunch, and of course comprehensive documentation which will include, a reference manual, model policies including a shared parental leave policy and notification forms, checklists, and key pointers.

I am sure you will agree that this represents an amazing opportunity, so if you want to ensure your place on the course click here to book now.
