New employment status and employment rights guidance

The government has today issued new detailed guidance on employment status for workers and businesses which complements the existing GOV.UK Employment status guidance. Announcing the publication, the government says the guidance “will act as one-stop-shop for individuals and businesses to understand which employment rights apply to them”.  If this is true, it will make advising on this issue a whole lot easier!
