Employment Tribunal decisions online

The Ministry of Justice has now begun to publish Employment Tribunal decisions online.  It appears that judgments are still being added so the database is nowhere near complete, however, once complete this will mean that decisions made at ET will become much more accessible to the public, including of course prospective employers and employees, and the press!
