Face-to-face right to work checks

The Home Office has confirmed that the adjusted right to work checks will now remain in place until 20 June 2021.  Government guidance had previously stated that face-to-face checks would resume on 17 May 2021.  They will now resume on 21 June 2021.

During the pandemic, virtual checks have been possible by individuals submitting scanned copies or photos of the original documents by email and then showing the originals via a video call with the organisation.
