Flexible Working Taskforce publishes guidance

The Flexible Working Taskforce - which includes representatives from the CIPD, CIM, Working Families and others - has published practical guidance aimed at helping employers develop fair and sustainable hybrid working practices.  The guidance which is designed to complement earlier guidance from Acas urges employers to provide training for managers on managing hybrid teams, review HR processes to ensure they support hybrid working practices and keep those practices and policies under review.
