Government right to work checks guidance updated

The Government has issued updated supporting guidance for employers on carrying out right to work checks. The guidance includes an update on conducting right to work checks for EEA citizens employed on or after 1 July 2021, and reiterates that there is no requirement for employers to carry out retrospective checks (although you may if you wish).
