Increase in Vento Bands

Claimants presenting injury to feelings claims, on or after 6 April 2021 will, if successful, be awarded on the basis of the following updated Vento bands.

 Lower band  -       £900 to £9.1k

Middle band  -       £9.1k to £27.4k

Upper band   -       £27.4k to £45.6k

In exceptional circumstances, tribunals may award in excess of £45.6k.
