We are delighted to announce that five new Associates will be joining the KLC team with effect from from 2 January 2023
Serena May has a Master’s Degree in Personnel and Development, is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development and has over 20 years generalist HR experience advising on people management issues and problems. She has covered all aspects of HR including recruitment and selection, disciplinary, grievance, performance management, redundancy, restructuring, mergers, TUPE, compromise agreements and policy writing. Prior to her career in HR, Serena worked in Financial Services. She is commercially astute, has experience of working closely with customers and their teams and is able to quickly build strong relationships with clients.
Sue is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has 25 years’ generalist HR experience. Susan has worked at a senior level providing advice on people management issues and problems to a range of business owners including retail, construction businesses, manufacturers, letting and estate agents, cafes and bars, tourist attractions, creative agencies, IT and financial services businesses. She has experience in all aspects of HR work.
Karen is a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualified professional with a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. She has over 15 years’ experience working in HR generalist roles and has gained a broad knowledge of HR practices.
Beth is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has experience in recruitment, redundancy, disciplinaries, grievances, employee disputes, employment tribunals. Beth’s previous roles include HR Generalist at an insurance replacement company, and HR Advisor for a manufacturing company.
Kirsti is an HR Generalist with over 30 years’ HR experience gained across multiple industries including retail, manufacturing, hospitality, quick service restaurants and Local Authorities. She has worked at a senior level advising on complex people concerns, cultural change, development, recruitment and HR strategy.
Melanie Whittle - Senior Consultant, has decided that it is time to move on from the Consultancy. While it is very sad for us that she is leaving, and we will miss her very much indeed, it is a new phase for Melanie, with new challenges and adventures ahead.
Melanie has been an amazing colleague and friend and we know that you will all join us in wishing her every success and happiness for the future.
