Law on Tour

The last event of the Spring Law on Tour was our full-day Webinar which Cas Carrington, Partner, presented on 5 May 2023.  The Spring tour was a great success, but now it’s over we are right back in the saddle, booking venues, etc., and  of course Cas has started thinking about the brand new content for the Autumn tour.

We’ll let you know as soon as we are taking bookings for the Autumn tour.

Breakfast Briefings

Cas will be presenting another of our free 30-minutes Breakfast Briefings at 9.00am on 25 May 2023.  She will be reviewing some recent case law and also giving a very brief nod to the Government’s recent announcements to employment law.

Employment tribunals

Piers Chadwick, Partner, is, as ever, being kept on his toes with managing many complex employment tribunal claims, and appearing at tribunal throughout the UK. Hearings are still  mainly by CVP but there is now a real appetite from the Tribunals to return to face-to-face hearings.
