November Update KLC News

We’re running a mini Law on Tour on 1 December 2021.  Covid restrictions scuppered our best intentions to run both a Spring and Autumn Law on Tour in 2021, but we wanted to make sure that no one missed out on the opportunity for this biannual employment law update.

The mini Law on Tour will last two and a half hours but still bring you completely up to date with everything that’s happened since July 2021, including age discrimination law - 15 years on, flexible working, covid-19 vaccinations, neurodiversity at work, and important new case law including, breaching statutory rights and ‘automatic’ unfair dismissal.
