Results of Acas Consultation on Draft Code of Practice on Settlement Agreements

Acas has today published the results of the consultation on the Draft Code of Practice on Settlement Agreements.

The Code sets out the rules on how protected discussions will be able to take place and settlement offers made and finalised.
