Shared Parental Leave Regulations

 The Shared Parental Leave Regulations (SPL) 2014, come into effect today.   Women who are expecting a child on or after 5 April 2015, or individuals matched with a child for adoption on or after 5 April 2015 may be eligible to take advantage of the SPL rules.   If you are prepared for SPL and have your policy and notification forms ready, and also understand how SPL works then you are ready to receive your first notification (which you could, in theory, receive today).   If you're not yet ready then contact us to get yourself booked on our employment law update, or alternatively book an in-house course for your entire HR team.
