The Government has now published a draft statutory instrument containing all the headlined proposed changes on working time, holiday pay, and TUPE. Snappily called the Employment Rights (Amendment, Revocation and Transitional Provision) Regulations 2023. Just rolls off the tongue!
The new Regulations also address carry-over of leave, including when annual leave can’t be taken because the employee is taking family leave. The new Regulation are due to come into force on 1 January 2024.
