Unison granted leave to appeal

On 26 August 2015, the Court of Appeal dismissed Unison's appeal concerning their failed application to the High Court calling for a judicial review of the employment tribunal fee system.
 
Today, the UK Supreme Court have granted Unison leave to appeal that decision.
