Consultation on zero hours’ contracts

The Government has today issued its consultation on the Regulations to bring the zero hours contract measures in the Employment Rights Act 2025, into place.  When implemented, the Regulations will give eligible to workers on zero, and low, hours’ contracts, the right to be offered guaranteed hours’ contracts.  

The consultation will close on 25 August 2026
