Date set for UNISON's second Judicial Review into ET fees

It's been a busy old week in employment law!
 
On 18 September we told you that following a hearing at the Court of Appeal that day, UNISON had announced that they would launch a new Judicial Review into the introduction of Employment Tribunal fees.  
 
Ministry of Justice statistics released in early September had shown a dramatic fall in the number of claims being brought at Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal, and in light of this new evidence the Lord Chancellor agreed that a new hearing should take place in the High Court as soon as possible.  This hearing has now been listed for 21 and 22 October 2014.
