Employment Rights Act 2025

The first reforms under the Employment Rights Act 2025 come into force on 18 February 2026.
 
If you recognise a trade union (or frankly, even if you don’t), you will want to read the draft revised 
Code of Practice on Industrial Ballots and Notice To Employers, and the Picketing: Draft Revised Code of Practice, which have recently been published by the Government.
