Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013 has been published

The Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013 has been published. When the Act received Royal Assent on 25 April 2013 the Government announced that a detailed implementation timetable would be published "shortly" on the BIS website. We will let you know when it appears.
