ET Fees Challenge

Following a hearing at the Court of Appeal today, UNISON have announced that they will launch a new Judicial Review into the introduction of Employment Tribunal fees.  Ministry of Justice statistics released around a week ago show a dramatic fall in the number of claims being brought at Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal.  In light of this new evidence the Lord Chancellor has agreed that a new hearing should take place in the High Court as soon as possible.
