Increase in Vento Bands

Claimants presenting injury to feelings claims, on or after 6 April 2022 will, if successful, be awarded on the basis of the following updated Vento bands.

Lower band    -       £990 to £9,900

Middle band  -       £9,900 to £29,600

Upper band   -       £29,600 to £49,300

In exceptional circumstances, tribunals may award in excess of £49,300.
