IR35 - all change

In another notable Government volte-face, on 17 October 2022, the new Chancellor of the Exchequer, Jeremy Hunt, announced that the repeal of the IR35 reform would not go ahead as planned and end-users would continue to be responsible for determining IR35 status (deemed employment or not) and will continue to be liable for any incorrect determination.
