National Living Wage Regulations
The Government has today published the Regulations required to implement the new National Living Wage rate in April. Reading the Regulations it is clear that the same rules will apply to the new £7.20 rate as to the other rates, which begs the question...why not just call it the National Minimum Wage for those aged 25 and over?!
