Neonatal leave and pay

The government has today laid regulations before Parliament to being the Neonatal Care (Leave and Pay) Act 2023 into effect.  The new right will come into effect on 6 April 2025, subject to Parliamentary approval.  Watch this space for more detail on the regulations, and it’s one of the topics that we’ll be discussing on the Spring 2025 Law on Tour.
