New Employment Tribunal Compensation Limits from 6 April 2021

A week’s pay for statutory redundancy will increase from £538 to £544.  The maximum basic award for unfair dismissal will increase to £16,320 and the maximum compensatory award for unfair dismissal will increase to £89,493.
