TUPE Regulations and guide published

The Collective Redundancies and Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) (Amendment) Regulations 2014, which save for two exemptions, come into force for transfers on or after 31 January 2014 have been published.

The BIS has also published the 'Employment Rights on the Transfer of the Undertaking: A guide to the 2006 TUPE Regulations (as amended by the Collective Redundancies and Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 for employees, employers and representatives'.
